Gather ‘Round for Yuletide Caroling with Weavers of the Web!
As Yuletide approaches, bringing its own unique blend of seasonal magick and merriment, we’re excited to invite you to an evening of joyous caroling through the streets of downtown Lansing. This will be a wonderful opportunity to spread cheer and warmth in our community during this special time of year.
We’ll start from the church and meander through the streets as the spirits take us, lifting our voices in classics that our neighbors will recognize and perhaps some of our own tunes that might be new to them. This is a fantastic chance not only to enjoy each other’s company but also to share the true spirit of the season with the city around us.
Please dress warmly, as we’ll be outdoors, and feel free to bring along any instruments, songbooks, or festive attire and accoutrements that you feel will add to our collective joy. We encourage you to bring your favorite carols and seasonal chants, and if you have any that are particularly meaningful to you, bring copies of the lyrics to share!
After our caroling journey, we’ll return to the church where we can warm up, enjoy some hot beverages, and share some stories, laughter, and fellowship.
This event is open to all ages. Blessed be, and we can’t wait to sing with you!
