As a transgender woman, I have had an interesting experience navigating Wicca which is a fertility based religion that often emphasizes male and female. In this workshop I want to talk about the ways a coven/group can be more inclusive as well as the challenges that come with being a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
Ella Silverstar is a fourth year student at the Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary and a 1st Degree of the WISE tradition under Lord Solinox Silverstar. Ella also is a member of Weavers of the Web, ATC. Ella serves the ATC in the IT department managing the Office 365 system and the Moodle educational server for the Seminary. Ella has been on the pagan path since 2014 starting as a solitary practitioner and in recent years found a coven and a personal teacher.
